Our Story

Meet Jake Sherwood, who saw the profound connection between art and work. As an artist, Jake’s journey led him to develop the team lab as a way to share his insight.

 

Moving from London to Berlin, Jake met Margherita Russo. After a successful career in event management, Marghe found her love for bringing people together began to lose its meaning in cultures where burnout prevailed and vision was lacking. 

 

Despite their diverse backgrounds, Margherita and Jake share a common belief that work can be amazing when the culture is right.
